From the first phone call with Alex at Irvine Vehicle all the way to the purchase, the whole experience was brilliant. Alex, like someone else has already mentioned, is a true gentleman and the deal was stress free, a pleasure. He explained me all about the car, answering all of my questions and even providing me with tips. I couldn't fault the car, being kept to high standards, and as such it was a quick decision to make. Not only sales service is great, also the after-sales service is impressive. Saw Lexus RX400h in Auto Trader. Discussed price by phone. A friend drove me to see the vehicle. Had test drive. Different, with Hybrid, but OK. Agreed to buy. Collected 1st December. Only fault was parking brake, not effective. Contacted vendor. Agreed to pay for parts and labor. No hassle. A very pleasant experience. I have been a motorist for over 60 years, Ripped off more times than I can remember. This company. A good car, a fair price, and a trustworthy warranty. Polite friendly helpful service.
